What a memorable inaugural year for the National Honor Society at Millennium Art Academy! Under the tutelage of Ms. Smith-Gittens and Mr. Ouimet, the Millennium Chapter of the National Honor Society inducted its first class of six seniors and ten juniors. These students have shown exemplary academic skill and tenacious character as they have come together to start a journey towards improving Millennium. Beyond personifying academic excellence, the National Honor Society at Millennium strives to foster a spirit of giving back to the community. Toward this noble humanitarian end, all members have been tirelessly fundraising in school dances and hosting Teacher/Student breakfasts for the Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen in lower Manhattan. Millennium's National Honor Society members has only been matched by the character they have displayed in enhancing our broader New York City community. Congratulations to all members of the Millennium Chapter of the National Honor Society. Continue making us all proud!
