Where is the main office?

Who is my guidance counselor?



The name of your guidance counselor is on your schedule.  You can find your guidance counselor in Room 110.​

Where do I go if I need to talk about something confidential?
You go to the guidance suite, Rooms 108 & 110.

Who is our Coordinator of Student Activities?

Ms. Ciaccio and she is in Room 199.

Who is our Senior Activities Advisor?

​

Ms. Claxton and she is in Room 103A.​

Do we have after school clubs at Millennium Art Academy?

​

Yes, we currently have the following clubs:  Crochet, Fashion, Talent Show, Young Runners, Gaming, Dance, Art, National Honor Society, Anime & Drama -- See Ms. Soltero for more information in Room 101.

Where can I get information about PSAL sports?

See the Athletic Director, Ms. Elliott-Downing, in Room 409C.

Where do I go for working papers?

​

Two things to know:  You MUST be at least 14 years old for the basic version, and 16 or older for the next level.  You can obtain the papers from Ms. Crosby in Room 110.

Where is the Nurse's Office?

​

The Nurse's Office has been closed.  Any students seeking medical attention should visit the Montefiore Health Clinic in Rm. 273.

How do I get a library pass?

​

You can obtain a pass in Room 194 at the beginning of lunch.

Who do I see about college tours?  Financial Aid?  Scholarships?

​

You can see Ms. Crosby and Ms. R. Castillo in Room 110 for further information about anything related to college.

Where can I get a school letter?

​

You can see Ms. Muniz in the main office (Room 194) for any school letters.

Where can I get a copy of the school calendar?

​

Log into Pupil Path to find our daily, weekly and monthly calendars.

Who do I talk to if I am at risk to fail a class?

​

You can talk to your teacher or your guidance counselor for academic support.

Where do I go if there is an issue with my attendance?

​

See Ms. DeJesus in Room 194A.​

Where can I sign up for a community service internship?

​

See Ms. Taylor in Room 194A during your lunch period or after school.

Who do I speak to about a mentoring program?

See Ms. Tieso in Room 108.

Who is, and where can I find, the Parent Coordinator?

The new Parent Coordinator is Ms. Melendez, and she is in Room 194.

Where do I go if I am a student with an IEP?

​

You can see Ms. Groll in Room 164B.

Where do I go if I have an issue with my Metro Card, or if I lost it?

​

See Ms. Macchia in Room 194 AT THE END OF THE SCHOOL DAY.  It will take 24 hours to obtain a new one
